Prosurv Project Management core components and capabilities include;
Project Inception
Review and recommend suitable consultants and advise on appointments, invoicing, cash flows and draw down budgets.
Setting the Standard and Deliverables
Capturing project requirements, specifying quality of the deliverables, estimating resources and timescales associated with the project and collating into the Project Execution Plan.
Maintaining Communication
Prosurv ensure that the development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan is number one on the agenda. We then ensure that the plan is maintained through ongoing review and by ensuring communication between the Stakeholders is efficient, clear and concise.
Statutory Co-ordination
Liaising with statutory bodies including Highways, Town Planning, Building Control and other statutory consultees as well as advising on Development Agreements.
Leadership
Providing leadership and motivation; we see the correct leadership as being a key factor in the delivery all projects.
Risk and Opportunity
Managing the risks, issues and changes on the project to ensure a successful outcome in line with the original inception.
Programme Management
Monitoring progress against the programme, being flexible in the way we deal with programming details and changes whilst still focussing on management of the budget and quality. Closing the project in a controlled and documented fashion when appropriate.
