Located on the former RAF Uxbridge site in the London Borough of Hillingdon, St. Andrew’s Park is a unique location which is steeped in military history. 1,340 properties will be developed in several phases alongside a range of community facilities, including a new Primary School, Doctor’s Surgery and Park.

Prior to commencement of the residential buildings, we were appointed to facilitate the demolition, infrastructure and reclamation works. This also included the provision of a CHP Plant.

A large proportion of the site has been sold to a Housebuilder where our role was to oversee the Land Sale Technical Packs and to ensure that the site was prepared ready for the commencement of housebuilding.

The current project phase features a Town Centre Residential Development of 249 Apartments consisting of 207 PRS Units and 42 Apartments for Catalyst Housing Association, located on four 5/6 Storey Apartment Blocks.

The scheme also includes the construction of a new road junction next to the site and landscaping of the communal areas and is scheduled for completion in Summer 2019.

Key Facts:

  • Integration of Town Centre District Heating Network and the first phone to be connected.
  • Assisted with the sale of the development to an investor mid-construction.
