The landmark re-development of the New Covent Garden Market, located at Nine Elms, London, is a 10 year project led by 50/50 Joint Venture Partners, Vinci St. Modwen together with Covent Garden Market Authority.

The project will see the existing Market Facilities, which were built in 1974 and currently cover three separate sites, consolidated from 57 acres to a single 37 acre site.

The remaining 20 acres will be transformed into a Mixed-Use Riverside Development encompassing 3,000 new homes plus offices, retail and leisure facilities for the community.
