Prosurv attended a ground breaking ceremony at Etruria Valley

Prosurv attended a ground breaking ceremony at Etruria Valley earlier this week ahead of the construction of a Industrial and Trade Park scheme due for completion in March 2020.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council has acquired land at Etruria Valley from developer St Modwen to enable it to construct 11 industrial units totalling more than 43,000 square feet. It is the third phase of the development at the former Shelton steelworks site  – now called St Modwen Park Stoke Central – and is expected to be completed by next spring.

The authority has invested more than £3.9 million into the scheme, which forms part of the city council’s current capital programme to spend £6.4million on the development of industrial units in 2019/20.

The units will be constructed by St Modwen, which has retained part of the land on the same site to speculatively build a 43,000 square foot industrial unit.

Aside from the trade park site, St Modwen has a remaining 40 acres of land at Etruria Valley ready for development.
