Prosurv Consult was involved in the £2 million construction of a new Aldi food store together with five speculative retail units. This project consisted of a 26 week build period and was completed in May 2009. Early access was also accommodated, 9 weeks to assist in immediate opening.
This project consisted of the £10 million construction of ground and first retail space with three storey office accommodation above. Prosuv Consult were involved in the extensive enabling works package which accommodated service diversions on an extremely spatially restricted site. This 30 week build period was completed in February 2009.
