Prosurv Consult were involved in the £1 million construction of new a restaurant designed to compliment the nearby listed gardens. This 18 week construction period was completed in 2010.
Prosurv Consult were involved in the £3 million construction of the 15,000 sq. ft. regional Headquarters for St Modwen Developments. BREEAM Excellent standard was achieved. The works were procured under a Management Contract involving 30 works packages. The works were completed in 2010.

This project involved the £1.5 million construction of a steel framed timber clad building for Trentham Rowing Club. The works were completed in 2010 with a Contract duration of 15 weeks. The works were lottery funded and therefore required close liaison between Prosurv Consult and the fund.

Prosurv Consult provided Project Management, QS and CDMC for the demolition of the former Royal Doulton factory following a fire which rendered the building in an unsafe and unstable state of repair.
The former BiWater Site at Market Street, Clay Cross is a mixed-use development which will provide circa 100,000 sq. ft. of industrial and commercial buildings along with the construction of 550 residential units.
