Infrastructure Works at Clay Cross

Infrastructure Works at Clay Cross

The former BiWater Site at Market Street, Clay Cross is a mixed-use development which will provide circa 100,000 sq. ft. of industrial and commercial space, along with the construction of circa 550 residential units.

Planning Permission for the development was granted in 2017 and the works to the Market Street site follow on from the continued ongoing development of the neighbouring Derby Road site, which also contains a mixture of residential, commercial and employment developments.

Prosurv have been involved in the overall scheme since the site was acquired by St Modwen Developments in 2013. The infrastructure works at Market Street commenced in 2019 and Prosurv are currently overseeing the construction of new a highway junction from Market Street, onsite spine road, installation of utilities and the site wide foul and surface water drainage systems.

Infrastructure works are continuing at pace to reflect the construction programme for commercial and residential development.
